Here are the Godot backend and monetization tools compared side by side with PowerUp: LootLocker, Talo, Heroic Labs' Nakama and Satori, GD-Sync and Xsolla. Each page is dated October 2026, and every fact about another product links to that company's own pricing page, docs or announcements. Prices and features change, so check the links before you decide.
What PowerUp is, and isn't
PowerUp is a monetization engine for Godot games. It runs the store and catalog on web, iOS, Android and desktop, a coin wallet with a full history, season passes, quests, events, a news inbox, clubs and rewarded ads. Players pay through Stripe on web and desktop and through the App Store and Google Play on phones, and 48 automated checks run before any change reaches them. See Godot monetization for the whole picture.
It isn't a general backend. There's no leaderboards API, no cloud save, no Apple, Google or Steam sign-in, no Steam payments, no multiplayer hosting and no live A/B tests. If those are what your game needs first, one of the other tools here is the better pick, and PowerUp can sit next to it for the store.
How to read these pages
We make PowerUp, so we're not neutral. What we can do is stick to facts you can check: each page links its sources, says where the other product is stronger, and says who should pick which. If you spot something out of date, email us at the address in the footer and we'll fix it.
